General Email Settings
Getting Started with E-mail
Zeta Broadband provides a few different options to access your email. Those options include accessing your email through your favorite E-mail client, or using our web based email system.
If you would like instructions on setting up your E-mail client please select your client from the list of Supported E-mail clients. If you just require generic settings and wish to configure your connection manually click here.

Manual E-mail settings
Zeta Broadband supports the following mail protocols: POP3, IMAP, POP3-SSL, IMAP-SSL, SMTP-SSL. We also offer an alternative SMTP port for ISP’s that block the standard port 25 traffic, Outgoing Authentication is mandatory on the Alternate SMTP port.
- Incoming Mail Server: zetabroadband.com
- Outgoing Mail Server: zetabroadband.com
Authentication
Your username is your FULL email address. The abbreviated domain @zetabb.com can not be used for authentication purposes. When prompted for your username be sure to use your FULL email address.
Example:
- Email address: john.doe@zetabroadband.com. Username is john.doe@zetabroadband.com.
- Email address: john.doe@zetabb.com. Username is john.doe@zetabroadband.com
- Email address: john.doe@fastkat.com. Username is john.doe@fastkat.com

- IMAP-SSL: 993
- SMTP: 25
- SMTP-Auth: 587
- SMTP-SSL: 465
Mailbox Size
All email accounts come with a 250MB storage limit. If you intend to use IMAP protocols keep this in mind. If you exceed the 250MB limit emails will start bouncing with a return to sender error.
